First I understand how your operation works —it's my specialty— and where you want to take it. I propose concrete improvements and build the tool that serves you —ERP, WMS, CRM, apps, automations or an assistant—: whatever it takes, and nothing more.
Made by Federico Fernández — the person you talk to is the person who builds it.
PRAXIA's value isn't that I build automated systems. It's that I understand how your company works, and only then do I build whatever tool is needed — for yours.
Personalized work. I'm not after volume: what sets me apart is quality and after-sales follow-up. Your system doesn't look like others: it looks like your daily operation. And when your operation changes, the system keeps up with you.
I ran operations and finance for fifteen years before building software. I start from how you operate, not from the tool. Solving problems is what I do.
I don't replace what works: I connect it, so the information you need is on your phone, live. The tool pays for itself, and I show you that before you commit to the work.
I automate the repetitive work that adds nothing, adapted to your operation, so your team understands it and can control it. I train them and stay with them: it shouldn't feel like a change, but like a transition and an improvement.

Management, warehouse, customers and front-desk service, tailored to your operation. Module by module, the way you or your team need it: 100 % customized.
I got tired of seeing companies buy hugely expensive systems and use less than half of them, or buy a cheaper one that forces them to adapt to it. That's obsolete. I'm a new value in the market: you don't pay for other people's research and development, and what I charge is measured against what it saves you.
Tax documents, reports for your accountant, indicators and working capital in real time, delivery-note and invoice readers, a living SWOT, KPIs from your team's daily work and market studies that used to cost a fortune.
Technology has already changed, and few are using it to its full potential yet. The first to adapt are the ones who will stand out and capitalize on it.
No two are alike. You know what to look at, when, and how you want to see it; I guarantee it, for you and your team.
I design the information circuit end to end and walk the data's path with you: where it's entered, which alert tells you when to do it and how to do it right, so it lands on your dashboard as the reliable figure you need.
Agents, assistants, bots, apps, software, websites, client portal and client follow-up. Timelines aren't what they used to be: depending on the case, a delivery takes hours; at most, weeks for the biggest developments.
I implement it with you; I don't leave your team on its own. Making the system work and adapt is my main job, and what sets me apart. You know the business; I know the tools, so the information is there when you need it, with as little friction as possible.
PRAXIA is not an expense. The work always saves you money; and if it doesn't, my work isn't for you: I tell you in the first meeting and point you in the right direction.
I sit down with you and your team to see what holds you back every day. I listen to what you want to improve or change. And we measure it: how long it takes today, how often, what it costs when it goes wrong.
What's in, what's out, what you decide. And a date to see it working. This is where you see the solution I propose, on paper; if you agree, we go on. No price yet.
Module by module, around how you work. Each one tested before I show it to you. This is my internal stage: I test, look for new possibilities and study the tool I'm going to present to you.
You see it running. Then your team tries it, with your data and with a date. Only with your go-ahead does the price come, together with what it saves you day to day and against any traditional solution, measured on your own operation.
I hand you the quote and the payment terms, always together with how much the tool for your case saves you. And if you refer me to another company like yours, maintenance costs you less: I put it in writing with the quote.
It starts with real data and access in your name; the old system keeps running until the new one is validated. Then your operation will grow, add branches, change supplier or regulations — and the system changes with you.
I ran a services company for eleven years —from zero to three certified ISO standards, with public and private clients— and advised manufacturing, retail and services companies on operations. Before that, I trained in large-scale supply chain at Decathlon (Oxylane) in Barcelona, supplying the whole world. Today I build the systems that put that management in order. PRAXIA is me.
I work alone because it's the only way to give you the personalized service you need: there's no second standard. I do the work I prepared for all my life; I'm in love with what I do.
I don't compete with off-the-shelf software or with large-scale platforms. I want to work with small and medium-sized companies that want to stand out, that want to be the future in a market that doesn't stop evolving for a second. If standard software is enough for you, or your operation needs a scale I don't have, I tell you in the first conversation and point you where to go, with no strings attached. My work starts where your operation stops looking like everyone else's, or where you want to stop looking like everyone else.
Tell me what you're up to and I'll tell you if this is for you. I answer personally, within the business day.
